Usage information: pages you visit, courses you view or watch, lessons completed, and general interaction data used to improve the Service and to power your dashboard (progress, certificates, etc).

Purchase information: order details and payment status for courses or software you buy. Payment is processed through bKash; we do not store your bKash PIN or full payment credentials on our servers.

Communications: messages you send us through the contact form, including your name, email, and message content.

Technical information: IP address, browser type, device information, and cookies used for authentication, analytics, and security.

To create and manage your account, and to provide access to purchased or enrolled courses and software.

To process payments and maintain accurate order records.

To issue certificates upon course completion and to verify certificates when requested.

To respond to your messages and provide customer support.

To analyze site usage (visitors, popular pages, course engagement) so we can improve the Service.

To send you service-related emails, such as email verification, password resets, and purchase receipts. We do not send marketing emails without your consent.

You may access, update, or correct your account information at any time from your dashboard. You may also request a copy of your data or ask us to delete it, subject to the retention exceptions described above.
