These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of this website, including our video courses, downloadable software products, and portfolio content (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Rubel Hossain. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

You may create an account using a username and password, or by signing in with Google. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or restrict any account, temporarily or permanently, at our discretion — for example, in cases of abuse, fraud, unauthorized sharing of paid course content, or violation of these Terms.

There is a single administrator ("Super Admin") account with elevated access used to manage the platform. Administrative access is not available to student accounts under any circumstance.

Course access is granted upon free enrollment or successful payment for paid courses. Course videos are provided for personal, non-commercial learning use only. You may not download, redistribute, re-upload, or publicly share course video content.

Certificates are issued automatically once all required lessons in a course are completed, where the course offers a certificate. Certificates are provided as a record of completion and do not constitute a formal accreditation or degree unless explicitly stated.

Free courses may be limited, changed, or discontinued at our discretion; we will make reasonable efforts to notify enrolled students of material changes.

Software products (including landing pages, WordPress themes, and plugins) sold or provided through the Service are licensed, not sold, for your use as described on the relevant product page. Unless otherwise stated, you may use a purchased product for your own projects or client projects, but you may not resell, redistribute, or relicense the source code itself as a competing product.

Download access is tied to your account and purchase record. Sharing your download access or files with third parties is a violation of these Terms and may result in account suspension.

Paid courses and software are purchased through our supported payment gateway (bKash). Prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳/BDT) unless stated otherwise and may change at any time; changes will not affect purchases already completed.

By completing a purchase, you confirm that the payment details provided are accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

Because courses and software provide immediate digital access, all sales are generally final once content has been accessed or downloaded. If you believe you were charged in error, or a purchased item is materially defective or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will review your request in good faith.

Refunds, where approved, are issued to the original payment method and may take several business days to process depending on bKash's own processing times.

Discount codes, where issued, are valid only for the course(s), product(s), and/or account(s) they were created for, and may have usage limits or expiry dates. We reserve the right to deactivate a discount code at any time and to void orders that misuse a discount code.

You agree not to: attempt to circumvent access controls or payment requirements; scrape, copy, or redistribute course videos or paid content; use the Service to upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content (for example, via the contact form); or interfere with the normal operation of the Service.

All course videos, written content, branding, and site design are the property of Rubel Hossain unless otherwise credited, and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Software products are licensed as described in Section 4.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rubel Hossain shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including reliance on course content or software products.

We may update these Terms, course content, pricing, or the Service itself at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
